Cecilia LeeCecilia Lee, the newest member of Tolmas Consulting LLC, brings her years of Big 4 public accounting firm experience in forensic accoutning, internal control studies and audit to our company. Cecilia assists Mr. Alan L. Tolmas in providing services such as business valuations, asset tracing, and investigative accounting.Cecilia Lee is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. She recieved a Master of Science in Accounting with concentration in auditing and internal audit from the University of New Orleans after completeing her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University. Ms. Lee recieved an honor award from the State Board of Certified Public Accountant of Louisiana for achieving the third highest score on the November 2003 CPA examination. Cecilia Lee also received a full scholarship, Master's Marcus B Christian Scholarship at University of New Orleans for the 2003-2004 and 2004-2005 academic years.  

 

 

 

Ms. Lee's prior experience includes:

Senior Associate, Forensic and Dispute services at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP where Ms. Lee had experiences in SEC investigations of public traded companies. 

Senior Auditor, Audit and Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte & Touche LLP where Ms. Lee performed both external audits and Sarbanes-Oxley audit procedures.

Intern, Risk Management Services at Entergy Services Inc. As an intern during her graduate school, Ms. Lee worked as internal auditor and assisted in internal fraud investigations.
